DrySide

Membrane Systems

One Chemistry, Specified Three Ways

The core DrySide membrane is a liquid-applied elastomeric applied by airless spray, roller, or trowel-grade for details. It is specified as: Foundation grade — positive-side below-grade walls, 40+ wet mils over detailed substrate, backfill-ready after cure with protection; Block system — filler pass on CMU followed by membrane coats, budgeting for face-shell absorption; Containment grade — immersion service after full 7-day cure, chemical compatibility confirmed per exposure from the data sheet. Details always precede field coats: cove, ties, joints, and penetrations carry the highest stress and get the first, heaviest material.
