About
About DrySide
DrySide is the contractor-facing wall and foundation brand in our family of waterproofing systems. No lifestyle photography, no weekend-warrior pitch — wall waterproofing is buried the day after it's applied and then has to work, unwitnessed, for decades under hydrostatic load. Products for that duty should be sold with data sheets, coverage math, and a technical line that picks up.
What we supply: liquid-applied elastomeric membranes for positive-side foundation work, block filler and detail products that belong under them, and immersion-rated systems for containment. What we don't supply: paint-thin "damp-proofing" relabeled as waterproofing. The difference between the two is the difference between a dry basement and a callback with an excavator on it.
DrySide membranes are manufactured in Wisconsin by Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, with batch-level QC records available on request for specified projects.
Contractor program
Waterproofing and foundation contractors get job-quoted pricing, per-project coverage worksheets that account for substrate porosity, submittal-ready data sheets, and details (cove, tie hole, pipe penetration, grade line) as drawings your crew can hold. Repeat accounts get scheduled delivery and a direct technical contact. If walls are your work, introduce yourself on the contact page — first-job support included.
